Our three-bedroom Portland apartment is a comfortable home base for families, groups, and longer stays.
The apartment includes a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a loft bedroom with a queen bed accessed by a spiral staircase.
Enjoy a full kitchen, dining space for up to eight guests, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a 55-inch smart TV with streaming services.
The apartment is close to Portland’s restaurants, breweries, waterfront, and Old Port. A local food co-op is also directly across the street for groceries, coffee, and simple essentials.
You’ll have private access to your booked apartment, including the full kitchen, living area, bedrooms, private second-floor deck, and loft bedroom accessed by a spiral staircase.
The loft bedroom includes a queen bed and is accessed by a spiral staircase.
Secure bicycle storage is available in the hallway at the bottom of the stairs.
Please no parties or unregistered overnight guests. This is a residential building with first-floor tenants and nearby neighbors, so please be respectful of noise—especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Your private outdoor space is the second-floor deck. Please do not use the first-floor patio or gate, as those areas belong to the first-floor tenants. Use the front door for entering and exiting the building.
One dog is welcome with a $250 pet fee per stay. Dogs may not be left unattended, must stay off furniture and beds, and must be leashed outdoors. Please clean up after your dog. A minimum $500 charge may apply for evidence of pets on furniture or damage caused by a pet.
